How MY LIFE FUTURE PLAN handles information submitted through the Careers & Opportunities application form.
What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, email, phone number, state of residence, preferred language, area of interest, experience level, optional LinkedIn profile, optional message and the resume file you upload (PDF or DOCX, up to 5 MB). We do not ask for Social Security numbers, identity documents, banking or medical information — please do not include them in your resume or message.
Why we use it
We use your information only to review your interest in the opportunity, contact you about it, and explain eligibility, training and licensing steps. Submitting an application does not create employment, an independent contractor agreement or any obligation for either party.
Who can see it
Applications and resumes are stored in a private, access-restricted system. Only authorized administrators can view them. They are kept separate from life insurance and financial education inquiries. How long we keep it
